Carlie Felps
Assistant Trainer
Carlie Felps began riding at the age of five in the Hunter/Jumper world and continued for thirteen years. She started Eventing and Dressage almost two years ago training under Kalie Becker’s. She is currently working towards her USDF bronze medal with Selle Francais gelding Ollie, as well as training/competing her KWPN 4yr old gelding Styles in the Beginner Novice division.

Annette Lay
Business, Marketing, & Digital Content Manager
Annette is an equine photographer and marketing consultant. She holds a BA in Communication and has completed an internship with the Disney Company. After a 15 year break from riding, she started to train with Kalie in the summer of 2020. There she developed a love for dressage and learned about a whole new world. She enjoys spending time with the many horses at Kalie Beckers Dressage when she’s not stuck behind a computer screen. When she is not working on one of her many projects, you will often find her with a cup of coffee in hand, a good book, and music playing through her phone.

Adorably cute, well-behaved and has many years of experience traveling both dressage and eventing circuits. He has a very large fan club across the country and is always seasonally dressed!
