About Kalie Beckers

Kalie Beckers has studied Dressage for the last 15 years. She has earned her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Rider Medals and USDF Bronze and Silver Freestyle Bars. In 2012, she was a member of the NAJYRC Region 9 Bronze Medal Junior Rider Team. She had a Top 10 finish at the USEF Festival of Champions, and a Top 5 finish at the National Dressage Seat Equitation Finals. 

In 2013, Kalie earned a 12th place at NAJYRC as a Junior Rider and a 4th place finish at the USEF Festival of Champion. In November of 2013, Kalie achieved German Silver Performance Medal at Landgestuet-Redef in State Stud in Germany earning the highest scores of her class in dressage, jumping, and theory. In 2014, Kalie was a member of the Region 9 NAJYRC Young Rider 7th placed team and placed 7th individually at the Young Rider Prix St Georges level, also placing 6th at the Festival of Champions. She has won numerous USDF Region 9 and Southwest Dressage Championships throughout the years. She has trained with top professional such as Anne Gribbons, Lendon Gray, Robert Dover, George Williams, Debbie McDonald, and Jeremy Steinberg. 

In 2016, as a young professional, she has made her mark showing at the National Dressage Pony Cup, claiming Training and First Level Champion, as well as Second in 2018 on a self-trained Welsh Cob mare. Recently, she claimed Third Level and Third Level Freestyle Champion at the National Pony Cup. She also was Beginner Novice Reserve Champion at the American Eventing Championships in 2019. Her self-trained welsh cob mare was USEA Horse of the Month.

She competed at the 2021 American Eventing Championships placing third in Beginner Novice on her horse Calla GBF, the daughter of her Grand Prix horse, Carush. 

In 2023, Kalie was Reserve Champion at the American Eventing Championships aboard homebred Calla GBF. Additionally, she was 4th place 2nd level Freestyle Open at the National Dressage Finals.
